Overview
The Campers in Leadership Training (CILT) program is perfect for our most experienced campers (Alpiners) who want to explore leadership and interpersonal skills while still enjoying the full camp experience. In addition to regular camp programming, CILTs participate in leadership training workshops designed to help them develop confidence, communication skills, and teamwork.

CILTs dedicate two morning periods each day to leadership training. Activities include:

- How do I sign up? Alpiners will have the option to sign up for the CILT program on their first day of camp. There is no action required prior to camp!
