Fall Enrollment Rates: $695 per session — Rates available Nov. 18th – Jan. 15th	Winter Enrollment Rates: To Be Announced — Winter Rate Increases effective Jan. 16 2025

Summer 2024 Rates: $745 per session

Mountain Camp Marin runs for 7 sessions
between June 16th and August 1st.

Multi-week Discounts

We believe the power of summer camp compounds the longer your camper attends. Friendships deepen, skills build on one another, and counselors become more trusted mentors in your camper’s life. Many families choose to enroll in 3+ sessions and rave about the experience. See below for our spectrum of Multi-week Discounts.

Cub Program Discount

5% off for our youngest campers, both new and returning MCM families. All Cubs sessions will receive a 5% discount post enrollment.

Day Camp: Incoming 2nd to 8th graders
Cub Camp: Incoming K to 1st graders (campers must be five years old by the time they arrive to camp)

Camp Hours

Day Camp Program (incoming 2nd – 8th graders): 9:00am – 4:15pm

Cub Camp Program (incoming K – 1st graders): 9:00am – 3pm*
*If your Cub Camper needs to stay until 4:15pm, our Extended Cub Camp available

Extended Cub Camp

Extended Cub Camp (3:00pm to 4:15pm): $100 per week

AM & PM Extended Camp

Mountain Camp Marin is able to offer AM & PM Extended Camp to meet our families’ scheduling needs.

AM Extended Camp (8am to 9am): $100 per week
PM Extended Camp (4pm to 5:30pm): $100 per week

Wait Lists

Any camper who applies for a session(s) that is full for their age group will automatically be placed on our waitlist. You will not be charged if your camper is on our waitlist and we will contact you if a spot opens up for your camper.

Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation / Refund Policy is as follows:

- We highly recommend purchasing Camp Tuition Insurance to cover your expenses in the event you should need to cancel. Camp tuition insurance is offered by Travmark (MHRoss), a travel insurance company, and not by Mountain Camp Marin directly. Please remember that Camp Tuition Insurance is the ONLY way to be reimbursed for camp expenses should something unexpected come up for your family (sporting events, travel changes, positive COVID test, changes in academic schedules, injury, etc.).
- You are welcome to change sessions as needed at no cost, provided there is space available in your desired session.
- All cancellations made prior to April 1st: Tuition returned, less $50 registration fee.
- Cancellations made between April 1st & May 1st: Tuition returned less $50 registration fee and $100 non-refundable deposit for per enrolled session.
- Any cancellations made after May 1st: No refund.
  - This includes cancellations due to illness, COVID-19, family emergencies or anything unexpected.
- Any credits used for camp tuition are subject to the cancellation policies above.
- Campers sent home for disciplinary reasons or because of homesickness: No refund.
- Camper sent home due to illness, COVID 19 protocols, or injury: No refund.
- Camper registrations cannot be traded or exchanged. Available slots in a full session are filled from the waitlist based on date of application.
- If Camp is forced to close or cannot operate for any reason, parents will be able to select their preferred cancellation option from our Camp Closure Cancellation Policy.
