Day Camp Program

“A day camp that has the closeness and feel of a resident camp.”

Our day camp focuses on activities and games that create a sense of community, enable our campers to make new friends and take home memories that will last a lifetime.

We welcome campers incoming 2nd grade to 8th to participate in our full day from 9am to 4:45pm, Monday through Friday. While our special Cub Camp is reserved for our incoming Kindergarteners and 1st grader campers and runs from 9am to 3pm. Extended Care options are available.

Traditional Camp Activities

We feature traditional camp activities such as arts & crafts, science, outdoor survival, music, and more. With our “free choice” format, campers are able to create their own program and pick the activities that they would like to try.

Each Wednesday, we have Wacky Wednesday!! On Wacky Wednesday we transform the afternoon activity sessions and offer a variety of new activities to mix things up and allow our campers to try something new such as rock wall climbing, giant slip n’ slide, spa or water rockets.

Food

Families can either pack their own lunch for their camper or they can order boxed lunches for the week from Marinwood Markets. Meals will be delivered to camp and need to be ordered for the week the Friday before the start of your camper session. You can learn more about food here.

Facility

Our camp is located at Mark Day School in San Rafael. We have access to a huge range of areas for lots of fun activities, from auditoriums, fields, classrooms and more. You can learn more about facilities here.

Staff

We hire staff from the Bay Area. All of our staff are required to be first aid and CPR trained. Additionally, all staff are finger printed and background checked.

Staff go through an intensive staff training to ensure we are able to create a positive and fun camp experience for our campers!
